Guarantee Policy
All the goods made and supplied by Acowin are provided with one year warranty. Should you have any RMA goods for return, please follow the procedure below.
1. Please check and make sure that the RMA goods were supplied by Acowin and are still under warranty.
2. RMA number to return the goods
By Fax or E-mail or Phone, please provide a list to describe the defective situation of the products. Our after-sales staff will issue you a RMA number for returning the goods. When you return the product to us, please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box .
3. RMA Repair Guidelines
Acowin will repair the RMA goods caused by no working or bad quality under warranty at no charge.
In case the RMA goods that is out of one year warranty period was sent to Acowin, we will help repair it too . But the handling charge and the cost of component replaced as well as the shipping cost will be charged to you.
4. Exceptions to the above Guidelines
This Warranty does not apply to:
1) Default or damaged caused by error operation
2) The warranty sticker on the products are torn or damaged
3) Customer ordered but can not sell , which are not caused by no working or bad quality
4) Out of warranty time
5. RMA Shipping & Freight Charge
Within one year warranty period, Acowin will share one way of freight charge. The customers pay the freight charge of returnning the goods to our service center in Hong Kong . After repair, Acowin will be responsible for the freight charge of shipping the goods back to you.
